Reductions cannot be applied.
Cancellation policy: for cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date the deposit will be refunded in full. The deposit may alternatively be retained for stays to be made no later than the following 12 months.
For cancellations made 15 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be retained.
For cancellations made in a shorter time there will be no refund.
In case of late arrival or early departure you will be charged the amount equal to the actual stay, but the deposit paid will be retained by us.
