The kitchen, run with passion and particular care, uses local products. In addition, we have introduced a great innovation for our guests: the evening buffet, which offers a wide selection of dishes every evening to satisfy every taste and allows you to enjoy an ever-changing culinary experience.
The breakfast buffet with sweet and savory dishes is ideal for an optimal start to the day: fragrant, freshly baked croissants, coffee and many other delicacies await you every morning.
For lunch, in summer, you can enjoy fresh and tasty dishes in our à la carte restaurant, where we also serve our special pinsa.
For dinner, in addition to the new in-house buffet, the à la carte restaurant and the pinseria are still available, so you can vary every day and choose between dishes from Elban and Italian cuisine or enjoy a crispy and light pinsa.
In our restaurant room, decorated in Mediterranean colors and surrounded by greenery, you can taste the specialties of Elban cuisine in a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.
